The frequent updates / pictures really helped to see how my puppy was doing and ensuring she was enjoying her time with the dog sitters. “Heidi took such great care of Socco. She took him for multiple walks and even got him a treat from the Farmers Market. She was able to make him a comfortable spot by the window since she noticed how much he loved looking outside. She did a great job dealing with his initial anxiousness to eventually making him feel like home.”

“It was my first time using Rover and I was hesitant because Kiki my dog can be uncomfortable in new places. But Charles was so kind to her! He made sure she was comfortable and ate her food everyday. He even took her to see the eclipse, socialize with other dogs and gave updates on how she was doing. “This was the best sitter ever! My fur baby is large and thinks he is still a little puppy with lots of energy so I am always worried about leaving him with a sitter. Alexa and her family welcomed him in with no problem; also sent me videos and pictures his entire stay which eased my mind while away. When I went to pick him up I think he was sad to go they showed him so much attention and genuine care. I know for a fact my fur baby is a handful at times but they handled him well. I know he can’t wait for his next visit and I am happy I found a place I can trust to leave my fur baby.”
