She was communicative throughout the process by sending regular updates with cute photos. One of my cats, Calvin, is very shy and normally hides when strangers are around. Lauren got him out of his shell and sent photos of them playing and snuggling! He was so much more relaxed when I got home compared to when I usually travel.”
