I loved that she sent pictures and videos of our two cats playing and curled up with her. They obviously enjoyed her company. She did far more than needed washing all the beding and leaving everything clean and neat. She picked up packages and mail and was totally reliable in a new apartment environment. We would definitly choose her again.”

“Mai Ling has been caring for and watching my cats for over 15 years. I always come home to a well pampered pet. I've had elderly cats over the years with separation anxiety, Mai Ling has gone out of her way to ensure they were comfortable, medicated, and given all the loving chin scratched needed. Upon returning home they didn't even seem to notice I was gone! She is the best! Mai Ling has always reached out when one of the cats seemed sick and was able to respond immediately and help them get care needed while I was away. I am and have been so thankful for her care and support. Your fur-babies will always be safe and loved with her watching over them!”

“If you want someone who will look after your pets like they are her own children, look no further. Bonnie is the BEST. I hesitated to write this review because I don’t want her to get too busy for me but she is a rare find :) I have two cats that have stayed with Bonnie a couple times for longer stays (5+ days). My cats are very loving and pretty well behaved but they need quality people time and attention otherwise they will act out and misbehave. After time with Bonnie they are always in a great mood - no vacation transition grumpies. I can also see how happy and relaxed they are during their stay in the pics and videos that I receive. Bonnie - spends lots of quality time with your pets. She not only spends time with them but she interacts with them and caters to their individual personalities. - sends daily pictures, videos and updates. Updates are not generic - you can tell she paid attention to and engaged with your pets. - works with you and is a great communicator. Bonnie is flexible, proactive and quick to get back to you. It is a pleasure working with her and I am grateful to have found someone who looks after my children with so much love and attention.”

Marvin tends to be a bit shy, so it was very sweet that she took extra time to make sure he felt comfortable around her, by the end she got to see his vocal personality. She kept us updated by sending us daily photos and videos of the little guy. She was wonderful. Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about traveling. The reassurance of knowing that your furry friend is properly cared for, is the only way we’ll be traveling for now on.”
