About: I am comfortable doing short or long term dog or cat sitting, as I tend to do this for my friends who travel a lot. I also have experience with larger dogs (~75 lbs) I am currently a PhD student, but I have the ability to work and take meetings virtually. If I am house sitting, I can stay home with your fur baby throughout the work week. I live in an apartment with ridiculously creaky floors, so unfortunately I am not available for boarding. However, I am very respectful of people’s homes, and I tend to leave places cleaner than I found them

“Alex is an exceptional animal caretaker! He has been walking my dog every Monday-Friday for almost 3 years. While I am not there on the walks, I know they are having a blast based on how she acts when Alex shows up. Every day she waits eagerly at the door for him and is uncontrollably excited when the door opens. Alex has also helped me in a pinch by picking her up when I'm not home, taking her to grooming appointments in an emergency, and making time for us on weekends. I trust that he will always show up (and text that he's on his way!) and he does a great job finding someone to fill in in the event that he is out of town. Highly recommend his services, and the pup fully agrees!”

About: I like animals and like to spend time with them. I used to have dogs for many years, so I`m very experienced in them. Now I have a cat and I know their behaviour. Also I have 2 years of housesitting and walking with dogs. I love walking dogs and believe in lots of patience that includes plenty of sniff time or whatever else they need during their exercise. I’m also available to feed, play and do potty time with your pet as a drop in visit. Sometimes I can be a housesitter with your dog or cat as long as it isn’t longer than 1 night. I will always watch for pet as if it were my own. I love animals and like to be with them. When caring for your pet in your home, I like to get familiar with their routine, favorite toys, treats, activities and places to relax.
