I had some worries about making too many specific requests, but she reassured me and praised my attention to detail as being a good pet mom. I loved seeing her posts on Instagram of my cats interacting with her during her visits, and she sent detailed updates and great photos for each visit. My very shy and timid cat even felt comfortable to come out and walk around while Lauren was in my home, which was a huge surprise to me. Definitely book with Lauren if you want the best pet care! I'm a crazy dog mom who loves pictures of my pups when I'm away, and Annika always indulges me with tons of cute photos. She cuddles and loves them so well that I'm pretty sure they don't even care that I'm gone. Our dogs are a bit more high maintenance, and Annika is always so thorough about giving them their medication (and checking to make suer they actually take it). Annika is super responsible and I know that we can always count on her to be there when we need her. I could not recommend Annika enough!”

“We had Tiffany care for our two cats for the first time after our long-time sitter was no longer available. My critical test of cat sitters comes with how well they clean the litter boxes--every little crumb, or some still sticking to the bottom. Tiffany gets 5 stars! (out of 5). In addition, an issue came up on her second (of 3) day that she alerted me to, and she was extremely careful and responsible in both how she communicated with us and how she handled it. Our normally shy cats seemed relatively relaxed around Tiffany when she first came over to meet them, and from the photos she sent the first evening, they seemed very comfortable around her. We will definitely continue to call on Tiffany (if we ever get to travel again.)”
